There is absolutely no discussion of "technique" nor does it contain any real reference to the Lydian Chromatic Concept other than laying out the 9 scales of the Lydian Concept. This might be valuable to someone with the George Russell book that's looking for a workbook with tons of exercises but there is nothing here that will advance your knowledge independently. I'm going to attempt to return it immediately.
