I was surprised to find that the original of this volume was apparently not printed in 1912 as shown on this volume's cover. Neither, was the original's First Edition published in 1912, although it is so designated on the title page, as it was delayed until February 1913, according to notes I found in my copy inserted by the publisher (Sherman, French & Company). I have uploaded scans of those inserts for reference here, should anyone have interest:
