(More customer reviews)This is a wonderful collection of love poems. Some, by todays standards, are truely "sappy." For me, this is truely the great charm of these works. If you are into such work, then I highly recommend you add this one to your collection. This particular collection has been around since 1883 and once read, the reader will quite well be able to see why. Somethings never fade..James Whitcomb Riley's work is one of those things. Read it and enjoy.
