(More customer reviews)I have been a fan of Metallica's music for a number of years now. Never have I seen such dedication to their fans, that other bands don't seem to have.
I just purchased this book, not too long ago, and I read about every single verse of the book. James Hetfield, the writer of the lyrics, is a very deep and honest man, when it comes to the way he feels, about the world. I have to give him credit for being so straight forward, and honest about how he sees life. I sometimes wish I could go that deep with my own writing.
I enjoyed reading the words from the previous three album releases, as they had no lyric sheet with the albums. Metallica isn't shameful of who they are, or what they accomplished, and this book reflects it. They, mainly James Hetfield, let us in to their world, and what they're about.
