(More customer reviews)This book quickly became one of my 2-year-old son's favorites. The illustrations are astoundingly beautiful. The words are simple, poetic, and quietly moving. The concepts are easy to understand. The tone is deeply spiritual without being pedantic or preachy, and yet there is an emphasis on "family values"- friendship, family, work, and an appreciation for natural beauty woven throughout. I can't recommend this book highly enough.
